Most systems require 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi at the controller location. Thick stucco/metal/insulation can weaken signal—controller placement matters. (We don’t provide extenders or networking hardware.)
Yes—most apps allow multiple users or shared logins. We’ll show you how to add family devices and set permissions where supported.
The last saved schedule/scene often continues running, but live control may pause until Wi-Fi returns (model-dependent). You can still use manual controls at the controller where available.
Common commands (on/off, scenes, brightness) are supported on many systems, but deep animation editing may remain app-only. We’ll demo voice basics during setup.
