No. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by wildlife (such as squirrels or rodents chewing through wires), pets, landscape maintenance, or accidents. However, our service trucks carry complete replacement wire, sockets, and bulbs. We can dispatch a technician to repair it at our standard rate: a $125.00 Base Service Call Fee (includes dispatch and up to 30 minutes of on-site labor), plus $85/hr thereafter and any required replacement materials.
