Severe weather events (high winds, hail, falling tree limbs, freezing rain) fall outside our standard workmanship warranty. We are happy to re-secure or rebuild damaged lines at our standard service rate: $125.00 Base Service Call Fee (includes dispatch and up to the first 30 minutes of labor) plus $85/hr thereafter, and materials if replacement strands or clips are needed.
