Your lights are guaranteed not to fall or drape. If a strand fails, service is $95/hr (1-hr minimum). If you purchased lights from us, materials are fully warrantied, and we’ll dispatch within 72 hours to repair/replace at no charge. Damage from vehicles, deer, or hogs isn’t covered, but we’re happy to repair it.
