If you have our complete seasonal package, our in-season warranty covers you through January 6th! If a strand fails or 5+ bulbs go out due to a product or installation issue, we will dispatch a crew within 48–72 hours to repair or replace it at no charge. For non-warranted damage (such as wildlife, pets, storms, or customer-owned equipment), repairs are billed at our standard service call rate: $125.00 Base Service Call Fee (covers dispatch, diagnostics, and up to the first 30 minutes of labor) plus $85/hr thereafter and any needed replacement materials.
