    • Seasonal Installation Guarantee:
      Your lights are guaranteed to remain securely in place from October 1 through January 6. If any strand or fixture falls, we’ll promptly return to fix it — no charge.

    • 3-Year Product Warranty:
      Decorations, lights, and materials provided and installed by SA Holiday Lighting are covered for three years — as long as we handle both installation and takedown.

    • Exclusions:
      Weather beyond normal conditions, third-party tampering, and products not supplied by SA Holiday Lighting are not covered.

No, as long as we have safe access to power and your roofline. You’ll receive notifications when our crew is on the way and again when the job is complete — including a few completion photos. We simply ask that payment be settled once installation is confirmed.

Our installation guarantee covers all lights we install — whether they’re your own or purchased from us — to remain securely in place throughout the holiday season. If you purchased one of our LED Lighting Packages or Decorations, you’re also protected by a 3-year labor and materials warranty, as long as we handle both installation and takedown each season (November 1 – January 31).

Yes. All crew members are covered under our company’s liability insurance and bonded with the City of San Antonio.
