If you choose our take-down service, our team will return to remove all lighting and décor, carefully pack them into stackable bins, and label everything with diagrams for easy setup next year. You keep control of your lights, even if you switch installers.

Most residential roofline installations are completed in a single day. Larger projects with trees, pathways, or multiple displays may take longer, but we’ll give you an accurate time estimate during scheduling.

You have both options.

We offer comprehensive lighting packages that include professional-grade LED lights, wreaths, garlands, and decorative elements. These packages are an investment and include:

• A 3-year warranty when we install and remove the display each season.
• Long-lasting value — many of our customers are in their 10th year with the same package.
• Custom themes and color schemes (for example: candy-cane red & white, classic green & red, warm white, or a fully custom palette).

If you already own lights, we can install those instead. We’ll inspect them during the quote to confirm they’re safe and suitable for professional installation.

Yes. Our crews are insured and trained for ladder and rooftop work. We use secure attachment methods designed to protect your property.

Yes.

We guarantee our installations for the season (October 1 – January 6). That means the lights and décor we install will not droop or fall during that period — if something shifts or fails, we’ll fix it.

If you provide your own lights

• Labor-only service to troubleshoot or replace bulbs is $95/hr (one-hour minimum).
• We’ll always try to repair quickly and safely; parts may be extra.

If you buy one of our packages

• Packages we install and remove include a 3-year warranty.
• During those 3 years, we’ll repair or replace defective lights or décor at no charge.
• After 3 years, we’ll still take care of minor issues — we’ll handle reasonable fixes to keep your display looking great.

• The warranty applies only to items that we install and remove.
• Damage from storms, natural disasters, animals, vandalism, or changes to your property may be handled as an additional service. We’ll explain any exclusions in your written estimate.

Yes. We install smart or traditional timers and design the power layout so your display runs reliably and efficiently.

Most homes using LED lights don’t have power issues because LEDs use very little electricity.

If many outdoor outlets share a single breaker and you plan to use multiple older incandescent decorations, the circuit can become overloaded. In that case, we will assess options and recommend the simplest solution.

Possible solutions we may propose:

• Move plugs to other outdoor circuits where available.
• Add a dedicated outlet or circuit (requires a licensed electrician).
• Recommend converting some decorations to LED.

We inspect your power setup when we arrive to perform the installation (or sooner if you are concerned it may be a problem) and update any necessary labor and/or parts in the estimate.

• We guarantee the installation will stay secure (no falling or drooping) from October 1 through January 6.
• We do not offer repair/troubleshooting service during the week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
• Labor-only service to troubleshoot issues or replace bulbs is $95 per hour (one-hour minimum). Parts are extra.
• We’ll aim to repair quickly and safely. Note that the guarantee covers the installation’s stability, not the manufacturer’s defects in customer-owned lights.

• Most outdoor receptacles may share a single breaker, which can limit how much wattage you can plug in.
• Older or worn outlets/GFIs can trip prematurely and may need replacement; weak circuit breakers can also trip under normal load and may need evaluation by a licensed electrician.
• We design layouts to minimize overload risk and use LEDs wherever feasible.
• If we see signs of overload, we’ll advise you on options: reduce the number of decorations on that circuit, relocate plugs to different circuits, or run extension cords to outlets on separate circuits (for example, in the garage), ensuring the cords and weather protection are appropriate for outdoor use.
• Important safety note: Only use outdoor-rated extension cords, keep connections weather-protected, and avoid daisy-chaining multiple power strips.

• Consider upgrading decorations to LED; LEDs typically use around 75–85% less power than incandescent.
• If you plan to keep incandescent decorations, we may recommend:
  – Adding dedicated outdoor outlets or a new circuit to handle the load (requires a licensed electrician).
  – Distributing decorations across multiple circuits to balance demand.
  – Using smart or traditional timers to stagger run times and reduce peak load.
  – Inspecting and replacing aging GFIs/outlets and evaluating breakers to prevent nuisance tripping.

Absolutely! Many of our customers prefer early installations to avoid the post-Thanksgiving rush. We can install your lights, test everything, and leave the switch off. You can flip them on anytime you want—Thanksgiving night, December 1st, or later.
