Some trees may require a light trim or growth cleanup before lights can be placed. We can provide a separate quote for this service.
We avoid nails or screws to protect tree health. Minimal staples may be used only when required, ensuring your trees stay safe.
We guarantee lights won’t fall or drape during the season. If a strand fails, service calls are $95/hour (1-hour minimum). Customers who purchase lights from us receive a full warranty and we’ll send a technician within 72 hours for repairs.
No — we cannot install if GFCI outlets are missing, cords are exposed to water, or DIY splices create safety risks.
