Some trees may require a light trim or growth cleanup before lights can be placed. We can provide a separate quote for this service.
Yes, but only if needed. Most customers receive quick quotes based on home size. For unique requests, we can provide a visual design at an additional cost.
Takedowns are not included in the installation price. If you want us to take your lights down and pack them, select the takedown service. The takedown fee is collected in January when your installation team returns to your home. Our takedown service includes careful removal, labeling, diagramming, neat packing, and returning bins to you. Optional storage is also available.
We use both—clips first, staples only when necessary. Our standard approach is to install lights with professional, high-quality plastic clips wherever possible. Clips are non-damaging, secure, and designed for long-term outdoor use. For peaks, corners, or other spots where clips cannot hold securely, we use tiny staples sparingly for added safety and stability. We also carry specialized magnetic clips for metal roofs or metal structures, so we can safely attach lights without drilling or permanent fasteners when a magnetic solution is appropriate. If you already have clips you prefer, we’re happy to use them to install your lights. If you don’t have clips or want us to supply them, just let us know and we’ll provide the correct type for your roof and lights. If you’d like, tell us your roof type (asphalt shingle, metal, tile, flat, etc.) and the type of lights you’re using, and we’ll recommend the best clip option.
If you choose our take-down service, our team will return to remove all lighting and décor, carefully pack them into stackable bins, and label everything with diagrams for easy setup next year. You keep control of your lights, even if you switch installers.
Most residential roofline installations are completed in a single day. Larger projects with trees, pathways, or multiple displays may take longer, but we’ll give you an accurate time estimate during scheduling.
Yes. We can integrate your existing decorations into a new design or supplement them with our professional décor for a seamless look.
You have both options.
We offer comprehensive lighting packages that include professional-grade LED lights, wreaths, garlands, and decorative elements. These packages are an investment and include:
- A 3-year warranty when we install and remove the display each season.
- Long-lasting value — many of our customers are in their 10th year with the same package.
- Custom themes and color schemes (for example: candy-cane red & white, classic green & red, warm white, or a fully custom palette).
If you already own lights, we can install those instead. We’ll inspect them during the quote to confirm they’re safe and suitable for professional installation.
We plan a weather-safe layout and use outdoor-rated materials. If conditions become unsafe (high wind, heavy rain, tripping GFCIs), we’ll follow the venue’s safety call and adjust or disconnect as needed. We can discuss backup placement where practical.
We use safe, outdoor-rated power (GFCI where applicable). If additional power is required, the venue or client must provide a generator—we’ll coordinate the connection points. (We do not supply generators.)
Yes. We follow venue rules (access, quiet hours, docks) and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
As early as possible once your date is firm—holiday weeks fill fast. We can often accommodate rush installs if load-in windows allow.
We offer after-hours windows and traffic-aware setups to reduce disruption. Takedown in January is billed separately; we remove, label, diagram, and pack for easy storage and a consistent look next year.
We guarantee displays won’t fall or drape during the season. If a strand fails, service is $95/hr (1-hr minimum). If we supply the materials and handle takedown, you’re covered by our 3-year labor & materials warranty, and we’ll dispatch within 72 hours. Third-party damage (storms, landscapers, vandalism) isn’t covered, but we can repair it.
Seasonal: Safe outdoor power (GFCI where applicable) at monuments/entries. Permanent: Reliable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi at the controller or an Ethernet run. We’ll advise on placement.
Yes. We’ll align designs with community standards, install windows, quiet hours, and any placement guidelines. We provide COI on request and coordinate with management for smooth approvals.
Seasonal: Materials we supply are typically covered by a 3-year warranty when we handle install and takedown; damage from third parties (vehicles, vandalism, etc.) isn’t covered. Permanent: Our 1-year labor warranty covers workmanship; product is covered by manufacturer. Non-warranty service is $95/hr (1-hr min).
Absolutely. We’ll follow property guidelines and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. Written approvals from ownership/management should be secured before install.
Yes. We offer after-hours install and takedown windows to minimize impact on operations and customer flow.
