Yes. For Seasonal Christmas & New Year’s Eve Lighting, we can install your existing lights and guarantee they won’t fall or drape throughout the season. If one or more strands stop working, a service fee applies (see our Installation Agreement & Payment Policy).
For Permanent Systems like Govee or Eufy, we can install your products. However, manufacturer warranties must be handled directly with the brand. We cover the installation with our labor guarantee—if they fall or drape, we’ll fix them, but service fees may apply for strand replacements or troubleshooting.
For seasonal labor-only installations, we provide quick repair service at our current hourly rate (see our Installation Agreement & Payment Policy).
For Seasonal Packages, you’re protected with a 3-year “No Questions Asked” labor & materials warranty as long as we install and remove them. Even after year three, we offer discounted repair rates since our service trucks carry most replacement parts.
For Permanent Holiday Lighting, your system includes a full labor + manufacturer warranty (coverage varies by product; see our Permanent Lighting Pricing page for details).
Seasonal Labor-Only Installations: guarantee lights won’t fall or drape all season (repairs billed hourly, see Installation Agreement).
Seasonal Packages: A 3-year warranty covering both labor and materials, provided we install and remove them (see Seasonal Warranty).
Permanent Lighting: full labor and manufacturer warranty depending on system type (see Permanent Warranty Page).
With our Seasonal Packages, all commercial-grade LED lights, clips, and cords are included — designed to last for years compared to store-bought lights. If you already own seasonal lights, we can install them; however, service fees apply if the strands fail mid-season (see Installation Agreement). For Permanent Lighting, we can install your own systems, such as Govee or Eufy, but warranties remain with the manufacturer. Explore Permanent Lighting Options.
- Govee Outdoor Permanent Lights Pro, Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2, eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights S4, eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights E22, and EverLights Clicklights roofline lights all mount under the soffit using plastic clips secured with professional brad nails and/or screws. They’re cost‑effective, offer app control, and are great for downward illumination, but they are not entirely invisible and can be seen underneath the eaves. They are available in white or black only.
EverLights Color Changing LED lights are installed along the roofline fascia by drilling tiny holes along the drip edge, gutter lip, and/or using color-matched channels and LED caps to blend in with the color of your existing fascia, creating a truly built-in look that makes them nearly invisible by day. They are also controlled with your phone with their app. This premium lighting is what is used by many restaurants, such as Chick-fil-A, and will improve the value of your home. - Warranty: Govee Pro (3‑year), eufy (1‑year). EverLights Color Changing LEDs (10‑year), Clicklights (5‑year).
With SA Holiday Lighting, you get local priority support. Our 1-Year Labor Warranty covers all of our Permanent Holiday Installations, and each product is backed by a 3-10-year manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the system. Visit our Permanent Outdoor Lighting Warranty page for more information.
No. Wildlife and accidental damage are not covered. We can repair at $95/hr (1-hour minimum), plus any required parts.
Yes. Original package items keep their remaining coverage; new items start their own coverage term beginning the season they’re installed.
The 3-year package coverage applies only for seasons where we both install and remove. If we don’t perform both, coverage doesn’t apply for that season.
No. Power/GFCI and household electrical problems are outside warranty. We can diagnose at $95/hr (1-hour minimum).
Yes—when supplied by us and installed & removed by us each season, these are covered for defects for 3 years.
No. Customer-provided materials aren’t covered. We can troubleshoot/replace at $95/hr (1-hour minimum); parts billed separately.
Weather events (wind, hail, flooding) are not covered. We can re-secure or repair at $95/hr (1-hour minimum), plus parts if needed.
Non‑warranty service is billed at $95 per hour with a 1‑hour minimum, plus parts if required. We’ll confirm scope before work begins.
No. Damage from weather, animals, or vandalism is not covered under warranty. We can repair at our service rate and quote any needed parts.
No. Network quality isn’t a product defect. Provide reliable 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi or Ethernet at the controller location; once stable, we reconnect and test the app and scenes.
